Reliable delivery and cost-effective pricing is a priority to us. Our standard methods of shipment are UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail. Orders ship in 5-8 business days for in-stock items.

At this time, we are shipping within the United States and to select international locations. If your shipping address is not listed, please contact us.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional charge to cover shipping costs. We will contact you before we ship your order if additional charges are necessary.

Large quantity orders may also require an additional charge to cover shipping costs. We will contact you before we ship your order if additional charges are necessary.

We are committed to keeping our shipping costs as low as possible. However, occasionally prices may change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Zither Heaven Return Policy

Our goal is to manufacture quality musical instruments using the finest materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. We will gladly replace any defective product when you notify us within 14 days of purchase. You may contact us at CustomerService@zitherheaven.com.

All other returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Product must be in resalable condition and within its original packaging. You must notify us via email at customerservice@zitherheaven.com. We will send you a return authorization and shipping label. Returns are shipped at your expense. You will be credited for the cost of the product only less a 15% restocking fee. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
